PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MAKS 4146S is a liquid mixture of dispersants. Free of heavy metals and phosphates.
GENERAL USE
MAKS 4146S is a liquid mixture that prevents iron oxides, suspicious solids, oil and grease from forming deposits in cooling water systems. MAKS 4146S can be safely used not only in cooling water systems but also in water treatment programs in the iron and steel industry.
NOTE: MAKS 4146S is designed for industrial use. Not applicable for drinking or potable water systems.
FEATURES
- It prevents the formation of oil, grease, silt, rust and slime and maintains the heat transfer effect.
- It is effective in dispersing, dissolving and emulsifying hydrocarbon oil & grease, thus preventing oil formation on pipes, heat transfer surfaces and cooling towers.
- Increases the effectiveness of biocides by reducing the hydrocarbon content of cooling water.
- Effective over a wide PH and temperature range.
- Compatible with all BIMAKS cooling water corrosion inhibitors, deposit inhibitors and biocides.

DOSAGE
MAKS 4146S should be fed from a point where it can be distributed homogeneously in the system. Shock application is also possible.
