MAKS 2214 COOLING INHIBITOR
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MAKS 2214 is a liquid product containing organic and inorganic corrosion inhibitors, organic stabilizers and synergistic polymer types. The corrosion protection of carbon steel is guaranteed by the formation of a protective film with moderate zinc in an alkaline environment.
is received. The protection mechanism is basically cathodic (zinc, bicarbonate) and is very effective even in highly conductive systems.
BASIC USAGE
MAKS 2214 is a powerful anti-depositor that prevents the formation of mineral deposits. It is resistant to time, temperature and pH fluctuations in circulating cooling water systems.
MAKS 2214 acts as a corrosion inhibitor, forming a protective film on the metal surfaces of carbon steel or other copper alloys, thus preventing pitting and general attack.
FEATURES
➢ Prevents corrosion, deposits and contamination in open-cycle cooling water systems
➢ Protects mild steel and copper alloy surfaces against corrosion
➢ Provides maximum zinc stabilization.
➢ Prevents the formation of deposits under alkaline pH conditions and reduces the need for acid
➢ Disperses suspended solids and keeps transfer surfaces clean

DOSAGE
The MAX 2214 dosage amount depends on the alkalinity level, CaH and pH of the recycle water.
Based on the specific system parameters, your BIMAKS representative will recommend the appropriate dosage to ensure maximum treatment performance. Will recommend the amount.
