MAKS 140G CLEANING CHEMICAL
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MAKS 140G is a liquid lime and rust remover containing organic powder acid, inhibitors, color indicator and surfactants.
PRODUCT FEATURES
➢ Especially used for cleaning galvanized systems and devices.
➢ Cleans calcium, magnesium and ferrous deposits thanks to the substances it contains, thus preparing the system for conditioning.
➢ Easily penetrates into the deposits thanks to the surfactants it contains.
➢ Does not damage metals (galvanized, copper, steel, stainless steel, etc…) thanks to the inhibitors it contains.
➢ Easier to use than liquid products and no loss of efficiency during stockpiling.
USAGE AND QUANTITY
It is generally used at a rate of 2 – 5% of the total water volume in the system to be cleaned. Heating the water circulating in the system, provided that it remains below +50°C, increases the cleaning efficiency. Cleaning time varies between 2 – 12 hours depending on the amount of deposits in the system. Color change during cleaning is an indication that MAX 140 should be added. After the cleaning process, the system should be rinsed with plenty of water and a pH measurement should be performed to ensure that the system is free of acid.
