MAKS 804 is a liquid blended product based on phosphonic acids and polycarboxylic acid.
PRINCIPAL USES
MAKS 804 is an antiscalant with a high dispersing capacity for membrane systems, where deposits, caused by high hardness or suspended solids, are likely to occur.

DOSAGE
The BIMAKS computer software will define the optimum chemical requirement for any given water quality. While calculating dosage rates membrane manufacturer’s limits, product capability, operating parameters and feed water quality are all considered.
Your BIMAKS representative will recommend the optimum dosage necessary to ensure maximum program performance according to your specific system parameters.
FEEDING
In all reverse osmosis systems, continuous dosing to the fed water line downstream of the cartridge filters provides maximum protection. The product should be fed by a dosing pump, preferably straight from the packaging or diluted with distilled water.
MATERIALS: All parts of the dosing system, which come in contact with the product must be made of acid resistant material. Synthetic materials (PE, PVC) are preferable to metallic components because of the complexing ability of the phosphonic acids contained in MAKS 804.
MAKS 804 is intended for industrial and trade use only.
HANDLING-STORAGE-SHIPPING
As a standard precaution with all chemicals we recommend the use of personal protective equipments such as goggles and rubber gloves when handling. Consult the Material Safety Data Sheet as the only official source of Environmental and Safety information.
MAKS 804 can be stored for at least 24 months from date of shipping if kept in its original, unopened container and under normal warehouse conditions. Protect from freezing and from exposure to high temperature.
MAKS 804 is available in non-returnable containers of different sizes.
