MAKS 9146 REVERSE EMULSION BREAKER

MAKS 9146 REVERSE EMULSION BREAKER

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

MAKS 9146 is effective for a variety of liquid/solids or reverse emulsion breaking processes.

PRINCIPAL USES

MAKS 9146 is designed for application primarily in frac flowback water recycling facilities due to it’s compatability with frac fluids. MAKS 9146 is designed to allow complete oil separation where flowback water containing oil carryover must be removed to meet effluent or reuse quality standards. MAKS 9146 has some application in raw water clarification and as a sludge conditioner.

APPLICATION

MAKS 9146 should be used with a corrosion resistant, positive displacement pump. The application point should be selected to ensure efficient mixing upstream of the settling tanks, ponds or free water knockout.

COMPATIBILITY

MAKS 9146 is compatible with produced water/oil in system
