GENERAL DESCRIPTION

MAKS 4146 is a liquid blend of dispersants. Does not contain heavy metals and phosphates.

PRINCIPAL USES

MAKS 4146 is a liquid blend of dispersants that will help prevent deposition of oil, grease, iron oxides and suspended solids in recirculating cooling water systems.
MAKS 4146 is highly effective in dispersing silt, airborn debris, iron, oil & grease fouling.
Remark: MAKS 4146 is intended for industrial use only. Do not apply to potable or domestic water systems.

DOSAGE

The specific dosage of MAKS 4146 will vary depending upon the operating characteristics of the system, water chemistry and the severity of problems encountered.
Your BIMAKS representative will recommend the optimum dosage necessary to ensure maximum program performance according to your specific system parameters..

FEEDING

MAKS 4146 should be fed neat continuously or shockwise to a location in the system where it will be uniformly mixed and thoroughly distributed.
MATERIALS: Storage and application equipment (pumps, lines) should be made of Stainless Steel or PVC. Do not use Carbon Steel in contact with the neat product.

HANDLING-STORAGE-SHIPPING

As a standard precaution with all chemicals we recommend the use of personal protective equipments such as goggles and rubber gloves when handling. Consult the Material Safety Data Sheet as the only official source of Environmental and Safety information.
MAKS 4146 can be stored for at least 24 months from date of shipping if kept in its original, unopened container and under normal warehouse conditions. Protect from freezing and from exposure to high temperature.
MAKS 4146 is available in non-returnable containers of different sizes.
