MAKS 9651 BIOCIDE FOR MILL SANITATION

MAKS 9651 BIOCIDE FOR MILL SANITATION

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

MAKS 9651 is a highly concentrated solution of imidazole derivatives under cationic action. MAKS 9651 is a spectrum microbiocide. Controls the growth of algae, bacteria and fungi.

AREAS OF USE

MAKS 9651 is used in cooling processes in the sugar industry in back circulation systems and pasteurization systems. The dilute product is sprayed into the diffuser as sugar beet pulp enters or into the sugar cane hopper. The application areas of the product are the places where fine slurry accumulates in the heat exchanger, separator and strainer.

FEATURES

Highly effective concentrated biocide
Effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria
Microbiological deposits are transformed into excellent surfactant characteristics.
Supports other microbiocidal programs (such as oxidizing biocides)
Very effective against bacteria and algae forming sticky substances.
Also effective in slightly acidic conditions such as diffusion processes.
Adsorbs to the surface of sugar beet pulp.
It can be applied to maintain the thickness of the syrup.
If the recommended dosage amounts are followed, molasses fermentation does not need to be interfered with.

DOSAGE

The specific dosage of MAKS 9651 depends on the application and microbiological contamination.

MAKS 9651 should be shock fed into the recycling system and into the medium temperature zones in the pasteurizer. Avoid overdosing to avoid excess foam formation. Due to cationic loading the product should not be applied with other cooling water dispersants (anionic polymers). In the sugar industry, the product should be sprayed into the bagasse after dilution to approximately 1%. MAKS 9651 can be fed undiluted into the diffuser where an even mixture can be obtained.

Your BIMAKS representative will advise you on the optimum dosage required to ensure maximum program performance.
