MAKS 9101 CORROSION INHIBITOR
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MAKS 9101, with its water-soluble concentrate formula, forms a film layer to prevent corrosion caused by amines. It also acts as a microorganism control product in the petrochemical process.
AREAS OF USE
MAKS 9101 is formulated to create film resistance in freshwater, seawater and very saline water systems. MAKS 9101 is used in water ejection systems, water wells, oil production wells, oil flow lines, treatment equipment such as separator, dryer, water waste line.
FEATURES
- Formulated to give good corrosion resistance in the presence of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and organic acids.
- Excellent microorganism control
- Prevents build-up as a surfactant
- Provides a fast film formation.
- Provides protection against abrasion and corrosion in pipelines.
- Provides high effectiveness against salt types in the oil sector.
- Extends equipment life.
- Acts as a protective film on metal surfaces.

DOSING & FEEDING
MAKS 9101 is recommended to be applied at a dosage rate of 20-50 ppm for a clean system (depending on the total fluid) for rapid film formation.
If there is accumulation in the system, it is recommended to gradually increase the dosage rate from 5-10 ppm to 20-30 ppm. Thus, the accumulation of solids in the system is prevented.
For this, your BIMAKS representative will recommend the optimum dosage amount required to ensure maximum program performance.
