MAKS 8070 SCALE INHIBITOR
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MAKS 8070 is a liquid deposit inhibitor especially applied in mining processes (gold, silver, copper, etc.).
FEATURES
➢ Prevents the precipitation of hardness salts, iron or other minerals dissolved in water thanks to the substances it contains.
➢ Prevents the formation of deposits and ensures the healthy operation of pumps, pipelines and nozzles in the systems where it is used.
➢ Especially suitable for use at high pH values in heap leaching ponds.
➢ The desired deposit prevention can be achieved by applying it in the grinding process in the process.
➢ Can also be applied in the elution cycle due to its high temperature resistance.
➢ Thanks to its reinforced formula, there is no loss of efficiency during use or storage.
USAGE AND QUANTITY
In the systems where it will be applied, the highest protection is provided by applying it from the first point where water is fed or to the circulation pump suction. It can be fed diluted or pure from its packaging using a dosing pump.
The dosage amount is proportional to the amount of iron and minerals in the system. Consult with BİMAKS water consultant for the appropriate dosage amount.
