PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MAKS 1311 M3 is an aqueous mixture of neutralizer and film amine.
AREAS OF USE
MAKS 1311 M3 is a neutralizing corrosion inhibitor designed for use in steam and complex condensate systems. MAKS 1311 M3 can be used at steam pressures up to 160 bar and temperatures up to 4790C.
FEATURES
- Neutralizes acid-forming gases such as CO2
- Provides corrosion protection in the initial, intermediate and extended areas of condensation systems
- Condensing system reduces maintenance cost
- Minimizes boiler tube failures caused by corrosion product in returning condensate
DOSAGE
The specific dosage of MAKS 1311 M3 varies depending on the return condensate rate, make-up water quality and the CO2 content in the steam. The recommended dosing point for MAKS 1311 M3 is the steam header.
